Free Public Forum on Climate Change Litigation
We are hosting a free public forum where we will hear the Director of Urgenda Foundation speak about their recent successful climate litigation in the Dutch Courts. The Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court of NSW will open the event with 'Climate change litigation: a conspectus', and EDO NSW's Principal Solicitor will speak on climate litigation in NSW and Australia.
