  • Voluntary Land Acquisition and Mitigation Policy and Mining SEPP

    The EPA has revised its standards for noise and air quality impacts, triggering a review by the Department of Planning and Environment of the VLAMP. After this review it is now proposed to update the Mining SEPP.

    The proposed amendments are on view until Friday 16 February 2018.
