This draft Bill proposes a new framework for the management and protection of Aboriginal cultural heritage in NSW. The new legislation would establish a new Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Authority empowered to make regulations, policies and guidelines that provide detailed rules for how the new arrangements will work.
