Privacy and Complaints

Your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed by EDO NSW in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy also covers how to access and update your personal information. Shipping and Deliveries

EDO NSW endeavours to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum. Postage rates are dependent on the product purchased and delivery location. Postage and handling costs will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Products will be shipped as soon as practicable, usually within 3 business days of ordering. As a general guideline, please refer to the Australia Post Calculator for expected delivery times.

Refunds and Returns

EDO NSW is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will happily exchange, replace or refund your money.

Please return the unwanted item in its original condition along with a copy of the receipt and a brief note requesting an exchange, replacement or refund to:

Please note that this refund policy only applies to products purchased from EDO NSW.  Donations are not refundable.
